Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

We maintain a strict 30-day return policy window. You have exactly 30 calendar days following item physical delivery to file a structural return request. To qualify, your apparel must remain completely unworn, unwashed, containing original tags, and packaged cleanly in original condition bounds.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return procedure, contact our customer coordination channels at volynsite@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will issue explicit shipping return manifests and delivery address nodes. Unscheduled returns shipped back without confirmation cannot be processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package closely at the moment of receipt. If you uncover factory defects, transit damages, or incorrect size assortments, notify our team immediately so we can process cross-border replacements or absolute ledger corrections.

4. Processing Settlement Refunds

Once our processing hub evaluates your returned parcel layout, we will immediately issue a notification. If approved, the checkout balance returns automatically to your primary method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Debit) within 5 to 7 standard bank business days.
